Bhutanese Boulangerie: Bhutanese Boulangerie was born in 2020, at a time when the world stood still and the COVID-19 pandemic challenged dreams everywhere. Opening a café during such uncertainty was not easy—but it was driven by passion, courage, and an unshakable love for baking.

Trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris as a boulanger, I always dreamed of returning home to Bhutan to share the art of authentic French pastries with my community. Every loaf, croissant, and pastry at Bhutanese Boulangerie reflects the skills I honed in Paris and the heart I brought back home.
